Disability Archives: A public archive of information about the day to day life of people thought to have a disability. Special emphasis will be placed on the "stories" of those whose verbal skills are such as to make a typical oral history or story difficult. The most important idea is that these "stories" come from the people. The stories may range from typical oral histories to documentary videos, to letters, to sculptures, to a performance at a group home. Much of this work is to be stored electronically. Career placements, including consultancies, in industries which require outside the box thinking and reach to the top of the "career pyramid". This training would target job coaches, community developers, school/education support, and more.
